Refunds and cancellations
This policy applies to professional engagements with Synap Tempocore Co., Ltd. described on this site (monitoring reviews, status board design, corridor studies, coaching, and discovery days).
Eligibility
Refunds depend on how much scheduled work has started and whether deposits were paid against a signed estimate.
Timeframe
Cancel in writing to info@synap-tempocore.click at least five business days before the first scheduled observation or workshop day for a full refund of unused fees, minus any non-refundable items below.
Full or partial refunds
- Cancellation five or more business days before start: full refund of prepaid fees for unused days.
- Cancellation within five business days: up to 50% of the prepaid project fee may be retained to cover preparation already completed.
- After fieldwork or workshops begin: fees for completed days are non-refundable; unused future days may be refunded proportionally if we agree to stop.
Non-refundable items
Pre-purchased travel booked at your request, printed board materials already produced, and discovery half-days that have already occurred are non-refundable.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to reserve observation dates. Deposits are applied to the final invoice. Unused deposit balances follow the cancellation rules above.
Rescheduling and no-shows
One reschedule with at least three business days’ notice is usually free. Client no-shows on a booked observation day may be charged as a completed day.
Work already started
Analysis, drafts, and coaching sessions delivered before cancellation remain payable. We will provide copies of completed materials already due under the statement of work.
Process and timing
Email a refund request with your engagement reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days.
